Penson Brokerage "General OFX Error" Patch

We suspect that Penson updated their OFX server in February. This caused previously working sync setups to fail.

1. Close TAPro
2. Download this file
3. Save the file in the same folder as tapro.exe. Typically: C:\Program Files\Sync Essentials\TradeAccountantPRO...
4. Restart TAPro
