Question: Can't get Schwab to Sync Download

This is something we need to look into after the tax season. Seems something has changed in an area we thought we didn't touch so additional testing is required. Here is a work around.

1. Backup version 3.8

2. Download this older version:
http://www.tradeaccountant.com/downloads/setup_tapro_3.7.00.11.03.14_April.exe

3. Install version 3.7

4. Open the backup file from 3.8 or enter the account information again

5. Try the sync feature

6. If sync works then backup the data (file/save as backup)

7. Close version 3.7 and open 3.8 then load the data file into 3.8

Maybe ask Schwab to work with us an support the program so we can test it before the next tax season.
