Regarding: Tax Calendar Ends, 08/31

Question:
================================================================
I am working on our clients Sch D. I have the account pulled up on Trade Accountant. I click Reconcile Gain/Loss. When that screen pops up I pick the tax year 2009. I also have to choose a period. I want the whole year. That option is not given. The longest length of time given is 01/01-08/31...again I need all year. If I choose the longest length given it doesnt pick up some sells that were done in September on. How can I get the whole year????

Answer:
In TradeAccountant the tax calendar ends on 8/31 of the year after purchase, assuming you purchased in the prior year and maintained data. Each year a new license key is required to enable TA for the tax season. To confirm the current range, select the "?" from the banner or select Help/About TradeAccountant.
