Regarding: Reverse Split - Corporate Actions, How to Manually rApply

[Customer]: How do I record a reverse stock split....

[Support]: The Corporate Action dialog does the calculations in memory. To see the affect look at the Reports screen or select the Transactions screen and Display View: Positions and Corporate Actions.

In version 3.6.01 it might be easier to apply this change manually if the positions are fully open. You can use the Modify Transaction to do this by following these steps...

Note: If you have opening trades that are partially closed then change them into two trades. One matching the amount of the partial close and the other with the remaining open amount. Then only adjust the remaining opening position. (this is what the new beta version software does)

1. Select File/Save As Backup
2. A reverse split will divide the quantity by the ratio. A 2 into 1 would divide the Quantity: Qty/2. TA can recalculate the other fields within the add modify dialog.
3. Enter the revised Quantity (Qty/ratio) in the quantity field of the selected open transaction(s).
4. Click on the () above the Price field so it changes to (*).
5. Select Recalculate
