Regarding: Can Not Import Error Message

Question:
=========================================================
I am attempting to import the trades for 2009. I get the following error message:

There was and error while importing your files. This occurs if the file does not match the settings of the import profile. Try changing the import settings. For example make sure the Field Separator selected matches the one used within the file. If the problem persists then the file may be corrupt.

I get all the way to "Recalculate missing or inconsistent data fields" and the error pops up.

I don't know how to fix this problem, cause I don't know what the problem is.

I am using the following headings: symbol, date, quantity action and amount.

The reason the import failed is because of a problem in TAPro 3.6.01 with a Price field set to Null. To work around this I opened the data file and added a price field and put zero in the field for each row. In software Null and Zero are different values. Then during import I selected Recalculate All Transactions and selected to Recalculate Price. TAPro can recalculate when the price field is 0.00.
