Regarding: "unable to initialize the database"

If the message "unable to initialize the database", occurs when TAPro is launched then it does not have adequate rights on the computer. To resolve this, run the program as Administrator. To set this for the icon,
1) right click the icon,
2) select properties,
3) go to the compatibility tab and
4) check the box for Privilege Level (run this program as Administrator).
