The License Key does not work

Regarding: The License Key does not work|
If the trial expired then reset TA using this command:
Then launch TA again.
If you receive this message:
"TA was not able to reach the authentication server..."
This means either a firewall setting or some other restriction prevents TA from completing authentication. Their are two solutions:
1) Allow TA to connect to the Internet or
2) Use the Manual authentication process by selecting the check box within the License key dialog.
